After Hours Bulletin

Thank you for your continued support, making it possible for me to continue to buy fabric and quilting supplies for you.  If you have not been in the shop recently, we have added several new quilt racks allowing us to stock over 2700 bolts of fabric.

New Arrivals include:  100+ bolts of Christmas arrived last week!  Also McKenna Ryan Back on the Farm patterns, Moda Holly Jolly Snowmen, Maywood Studio Poinsetta Metallic, Marcus Winter Friendships, In The Beginning Christmas, Kauffman Christmas, Buggy Barn Iced Mocha, Moda Spring Meadow Batiks,  Holly Taylor Nature Solitude, Red Rooster A’s, Bees and Dandelion Green, Clothworks Rribet, Honey Buns Christmas fabrics, McKenna Ryan Forest Hollow (owl) patterns, just to name a few.   A new supply of Bali Pops are on order, there are new colors and should arrive in July,

Shop Hop!!  Only 8 seats remaining!  July 13-18   The After Hours bus is scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 7:30 AM.  Early bird shopping starts at 6:00 a.m.  $35 fee includes transportation, games, food and a chance to register for drawings, including the $175 grand prize drawing.  Please call for additional information.  Special hours during Shop Hop week for all shops participating in the Shop Hop will be 10:00-6:00.  A few seats still available!!

Christmas All Year!  On the 25th of each month, receive 20% off all Christmas fabrics and patterns.  The new Christmas collections have arrived!!!. 

2009 End of the Bolt Sale Dates:  June 27, Sep 26, Oct 31 & Dec 26   What is an End of the Bolt Sale?  If you purchase what is left on the bolt you receive the last two (2) yards at $2 per yard.  Example:  If only 1.5 yards left on the bolt the price is $2/yard or $3!  If there are 8 yards, 6 yards would be at regular or sale price, if from the sale wall, and the last 2 yards would be at $2 per yard.

Hoffman Challenge!!   IT'S NOT TOO LATE!  Have you seen the new Hoffman Challenge fabric!  If you are not interested in competing on a national level but would like to consider a local challenge, I invite you to participate in the After Hours Creations Hoffman Challenge.  We are still working through the details but this is what we have so far . . . The rules are the same as the official Hoffman Challenge except for the following:  1) Participants must verbally register by September 28.  2) Finished project must be delivered to the shop by Friday, October 23.  3) There will be one (1) category-Viewers Choice.  4) Projects will be displayed during the week of October 26 – November 1 (anniversary week and quilt show weekend).  5)  Winners will be selected via Viewers Choice.  6) First Place = $25, Second Place = $15 and Third Place  = $10 gift certificates.  http://hoffmanchallenge.com/

Fat Quarter Drawing!  Spend $100 and enter your name in the monthly fat quarter drawing.   What is a Fat Quarter drawing?  Throughout the month, a fat quarter from each bolt of new fabric is placed in the drawing.  Fat quarters must be picked up at the store.  If mailed, customer will be responsible for the postage cost.) 

Anniversary Sale Week!  October 26-November 1 we will celebrate our 3rd year at this location.  Watch for anniversary sale specials and special hours.  October 30-Nov 1 is the Piecemakers Quilt Show.
